District College Panel
A panel of college admissions counselors will address the admissions process from “their side of the desk” at the District College Night. Past panel guests have included Elon University, The George Washington University, Quinnipiac University, Ramapo College, Sacred Heart University, University of Notre Dame, University of Scranton, and Washington University in St. Louis.

Freshman Parents Information Session
A welcome session to Indian Hills High School with an overview of what your child can expect academically and extracurricularly. The PTSO meeting will take place immediately following. Please check the PTSO Website for more information.
Community Service Fair
The Community Service Fair will be held annually at Indian Hills High School during the lunch periods. Non-profit agencies will be distributing information about their organization. Students will also have the opportunity to speak to agency representatives about volunteer opportunities. Students in all grade levels are encouraged to reach out to these organizations. Many volunteer opportunities exist during the school year as well as during summer vacation.

Junior College Night(Class of 2024)
This presentation by the Guidance Office will provide an overview of the following topics: the use of Naviance in the college search process, college visits, the responsibilities associated with the college process, standardized testing, NCAA eligibility and scheduling options for senior year.

District Financial Aid Night
The Ramapo Indian Hills Guidance departments will host a Financial Aid Specialist from the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA). The HESAA Specialist will review the FAFSA (Free Application For Federal Student Aid) and discuss college funding sources.

Alumni Assembly
Members of the Class of 2020 will speak about their transition to college life. In order to attend this assembly you must sign up in Naviance and print out a confirmation, which needs to be signed by the teacher of the class that you will be missing. Only with a signed pass will you be allowed into the assembly. Date/Time TBD
Senior Scholarship Awards
Scholarships are presented to seniors from private sources and local organizations. A senior will receive formal notification through the mail if he/she is receiving a scholarship. Date/Time/Location: June 7th at 6:00 PM Location: Auditorium
