Greetings Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2025 and our Seniors:

The countdown to graduation has begun! This is your hub for all the essential information, from key deadlines to unforgettable events. Let's make this a graduation to remember.

IHHS Senior Calendar

Please complete the attached Class of 2025 Graduation Form; it's very important that you take the time to read all the instructions provided and order the correctly sized graduation wear.  There will be no re-orders/refunds. All orders must be in NO LATER THAN Friday December 13, 2024. 

Payment for the cap & gown, online payment will go directly to Jostens, no later than December 13th, 2024. Please be sure to fill out all required instructions and retain your proof of purchase for further confirmation.  Cap, Gown, Stole and Tassel come as a unit unless you would like a specialized tassel which can be ordered separately. Jostens also offers school customized announcements and Class of 2025 apparel which can be purchased at your own convenience.

Additionally, included on the form is an area for you to submit your name; as you would like it to be announced at graduation and how it will appear on the diploma and graduation program. 

Please note that the attached google form can only be completed using your Indian Hills senior’s email address.

Project Graduation is a nationwide program established to provide a safe, alcohol-free, and drug-free environment for students to celebrate graduation together. This event has been organized and hosted by the Indian Hills High School Class Parents for over 35 years. Virtually all graduates attend this special evening and we hope for nearly 100% participation in June 2025.  Since the inception of Project Graduation, there have been no post-graduation fatalities within our community.

Immediately following the graduation reception on Monday, June 23, 2025, buses will be provided to transport students and chaperones to a night filled with fun, food, music, activity, and entertainment. The students will board the bus and arrive back at the high school on the morning of June 24th at approximately 1:15 AM. 

We have been and will continue to be raising funds to offset some of the costs of the program. The parent contribution is $200.00 per student*.

*All graduates are welcome to the festivities, regardless of financial circumstances. If you are unable to pay, please select the "Cash" option and email ihhs.projectgraduation@gmail.com to inform us. The PTSO will keep your financial information confidential

Tickets are $125 per person and can be purchased, April 8th - April 10th before (7-7:30am) or after school (2:45-3:30pm) in Room 709.  Payment is by cash or check made payable to IHHS and on the memo line of the check, write #427.   Tickets will NOT be sold to any Senior without the emergency form filled out via google forms.  STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE PROM WITHOUT AN EMERGENCY FORM ON FILE.
